I got have a scan at 7 weeks and at 8 weeks and both confirmed di/di twins (dichorionic/ diamnionic) - separate chorionic/ placentas and in separate amniotic sacs. These are the safest twins to have... and what fraternal twins are. Though if identical twins separate early enough they can have these characteristics too. We'll have to wait a little while to find out more about our twins!I love this picture - they look like little jelly bellies... just hanging out! This picture is from a 8 week 5 day scan! Heart beats were going a mile a minute and you can see the heads, bodies and little arms & legs! Wow!!
